MICHELLE KATCHER

Hailing from Anchorage, Alaska, Michelle received her core dance training from Anchorage Classical Ballet Academy with Farah & Michelangelo Canale & the nationally recognized Kirov Academy located in Washington D.C. She was invited to perform as an inaugural member of the Gelsey Kirkland Ballet in New York City & then danced for Ballet Arizona under the direction of Ib Anderson. Michelle joined the Sacramento Ballet in 2016 & has since performed in works by choreographers: Penny Saunders, Ron Cunningham, Darrell Grand Moultrie & Stephen Mills.  Performance highlights include Marie in the new production of The Nutcracker, by Amy Seiwert & George Balanchine’s Tarantella & The Four Temperaments.
