Anthony Cannarella, a native of Madison, Wisconsin began his training at the Monona Academy of Dance and continued on scholarship at the Rock School for Dance Education in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating from the Rock, Anthony joined the Sacramento Ballet in 2014. Anthony has soared onto the stage in many featured roles including the title roles in Ron Cunningham’s Peter Pan, Stephen Mills’ Hamlet. He has been featured in George Balanchine’s Tarantella, Adam Hougland’s Cigarettes, as the Nutcracker Prince in Amy Seiwert’s The Nutcracker, & as the Red Boy in Ron Cunningham’s Carmina Burana. Anthony has toured with Amy Seiwert’s Imagery to the Joyce Theater in New York City and the historic Jacob’s Pillow and has performed at Molly Lynch’s National Choreographers Initiative. |
